Wheel Bolt Pattern & Application
The 10×225mm bolt pattern is most commonly used on 19.5″ wheels found on Ram 4500 / 5500 and similar heavy-duty dually applications, including Ford F-450 and F-550 models. While other wheel diameters may exist in limited or specialty configurations, this bolt pattern is overwhelmingly associated with 19.5″ wheels and should not be confused with the 10×285.75mm bolt pattern used on semi-truck wheels.
Built From Solid Billet Steel
Unlike most adapters on the market made from billet aluminum, these adapters are CNC-machined from solid billet steel for superior load handling, resistance to deformation, and long-term reliability.
Billet steel provides:
-
Significantly higher strength and rigidity than aluminum
-
Better performance under heavy towing and hauling
-
Improved resistance to stud fatigue and flex
-
Confidence for work trucks and demanding applications
Precision-Machined for Exact Fitment
Each adapter is CNC-machined to tight tolerances to ensure a precise, vibration-free installation.
-
Material: Solid billet steel
-
Studs: High-strength automotive-grade steel studs
-
Design: Hub-centered for accurate wheel alignment and a vibration-free ride
Designed to convert Ram 2500 / 3500 trucks from an 8-lug hub to a 10-lug wheel pattern commonly used on 4500/5500 wheels and heavy-duty dually setups.
Why Billet Steel Adapters Matter
Stronger Than Aluminum
Steel adapters resist flex under load, making them ideal for towing, hauling, and commercial use.
Improved Stud Longevity
The rigidity of steel reduces movement at the stud interface, helping prevent loosening over time.
Built for Real-World Use
Perfect for work trucks, dually conversions, and applications where safety margins matter.
No Guesswork Installation
Direct bolt-on design with proper hub centering ensures consistent torque and smooth highway performance.

Ram 2500 / 3500 8-lug trucks
-
Converting to 10x225mm dually wheels
-
Heavy towing and hauling
-
Commercial and work truck use
-
Long-term, high-mileage setups
Installation Notes
Professional installation is recommended. Always use the provided thread-locking fluid and torque all fasteners to OEM specifications. Re-torque after the initial break-in period. Verify wheel clearance, offset, and brake compatibility before final installation.
