WARRANTY

ARROWCRAFT LIMITED WARRANTY

Arrowcraft warranties all of our products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.  All warranty and liability claims are void should the product be used in any way it is not intended for. All adapters come with specific mounting requirements and instructions.

 

Arrowcraft is not responsible for any damage that may occur in the shipping process to you.  Any shipping damage must be reported to carrier making delivery.

 

Items returned without a return authorization will be refused and no refund will be given. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) as well as return instructions.

 

With the vast number of dual wheels on the market it is important to note that not all adapters are interchangeable with all the wheels. It is critical that you provide us with your specific wheel information so we can provide you with the correct part that will assure a proper and safe application. If you plan to change wheels please call us to see if you need to make any modifications or have the adapters replaced.



EXCLUSIONS

 

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • Wear and tear associated with normal use.

  • Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair.

  • Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions.

  • Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship.

Also, excluded from this warranty are counterfeit Arrowcraft products; that is, products that Arrowcraft, at its sole discretion, determines were not manufactured by Arrowcraft or any of its authorized manufacturing partners.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ARROWCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF ARROWCRAFT HAS BEEN ADVISED PREVIOUSLY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some local laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply in your jurisdiction.

EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS HARDWARE PRODUCT IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED Some local laws do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so this limitation may not apply in your jurisdiction.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES

No Arrowcraft employee, dealer, or other agent is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Warranty claims are handled at our factory in Royal Oak, Michigan.  Should you like to submit your RMA request, please contact us via phone (248-280-0210) or email (info@arrowcraft.com). We will replace the part or fix the problem free of charge. A return shipping label will be sent to you.

 

All packages that arrive with any external damage  will be assessed during the repair process. Arrowcraft is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping to our RMA receiving location if the unit is not properly packed.



RMA RETURN ADDRESSES

Our standard return location is: 5022 Leafdale Blvd. Royal Oak, MI 48073 and should not be changed without prior approval from Arrowcraft. Any packages received at an unauthorized location may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

The original packaging material should be used to pack the product for return; if the original packaging is not available, you should use packing materials that provide the same or greater protection to the product. All packages that arrive with any external damage or appear inadequately packed will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. Arrowcraft is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping to our RMA receiving location.

 

Arrowcraft is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
