Return Eligibility
You may return an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Products showing signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
To process a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#):

- Our team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package before shipping.
- Packages received without an RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- This fee covers the cost of packaging and the labor required to process your return.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible. If unavailable, use packaging that provides equal or greater protection.
- Arrowcraft is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping, lost packages, or shipments sent without proper packaging.

The best way to secure the adapters for shipping is by using the original PVC pipes along with heavy-duty zip ties, which help prevent damage during transit.
